AI Readiness Platform

How ready is your organization for AI?

U2 AI Readiness measures your organization's AI maturity across six dimensions, benchmarks you against your industry, and delivers a prioritized action roadmap.

Methodology mapped to NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.

An assessment mapped to international frameworks: NIST AI RMF ISO/IEC 42001 EU AI Act

How it works

A clear picture in four steps

01

Assess

Your team completes a structured questionnaire covering six dimensions. Sections can be assigned by role, and progress is saved automatically.

02

See your score

A deterministic scoring engine calculates your dimension scores and overall maturity level on a five-level scale, instantly.

03

Benchmark

See where you stand against reference bands by industry and company size.

04

Get your roadmap

A prioritized 0-3 / 3-6 / 6-12 month action plan, delivered as a board-ready PDF report with an executive summary.

The platform

From measurement to action, on one platform

Maturity Assessment

Built on the proprietary U2 Framework: six dimensions, five maturity levels. Conditional questions and multi-participant support adapt it to your organization.

Executive Report

A presentation-ready PDF with score cards, dimension analyses, and standards mapping: in your corporate identity, within minutes.

Industry Benchmarking

Transparent reference bands by industry and company size, switching automatically to real percentiles as the dataset grows.

Action Roadmap

Prioritized recommendations derived from gap analysis. AI handles only the narrative; the recommendation logic stays traceable.

The agentic era

Tomorrow's buyer may be an AI agent.
Will it find you?

AI agents are beginning to search, compare, negotiate, and place orders on behalf of businesses. Being ready for AI now also means being Agent Ready: discoverable, verifiable, and safe to transact with; humans stay firmly in control.

Discoverable data

Product, price, stock, and commercial terms in a form agents can read, verify, and compare.

Measurable contribution

Agent-driven leads, quotes, and orders tracked like any other channel: with their own KPIs and a baseline to improve from.

Governed authority

Clear limits on what an agent may do, human-approval thresholds for binding actions, and a tamper-proof audit trail.

Human + agent teams

Roles, skills, and human-in-the-loop ways of working that let people and agents operate as one team.

Transformation starts with knowing where you stand. The U2 assessment evaluates these signals across its six dimensions; your score also tells you how ready you are for agent-driven commerce.

The U2 Framework

Technology & Infrastructure

Platforms, integration capability, security, and scalability.

D4

People & Culture

Skills, training, change management, and a culture of experimentation.

D5

Process & Use Cases

Use-case selection, the path to production, and value tracking.

D6

Ethics, Compliance & Risk

Responsible AI principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

The output

A report you can take to the board

Why trust it

Scoring is deterministic. AI only narrates.

Nowhere in the world is there yet a regulation for how AI readiness should be measured. We built the U2 Framework transparent, versioned, and auditable so that our work can lay the groundwork for that regulation.

Traceable scores

The same answers always produce the same score. Every calculation is stored with its framework version and input record.

Versioned framework

The U2 Framework is versioned; your report can always be audited against the exact version that produced it.

Bounded AI

Generative AI never touches the scores; it only translates findings into executive language. Your data is never used to train models.

U2 AI Readiness is not a certification service; it does not issue ISO/IEC 42001 or similar certificates. It measures your organization's readiness and lays the groundwork for that journey.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does the assessment take?

About 25-40 minutes. Sections can be assigned to different roles; everyone answers their own area, and progress is saved automatically.

How is the score calculated?

Answers run through the weighted model of the versioned U2 Framework. Scoring is deterministic: the same answer set always produces the same score, and every run is recorded.

Is our data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every organization lives in an isolated workspace. Your answers are never used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Where does the benchmark data come from?

During the launch period we use expert-calibrated reference bands, clearly labeled as such. Once a segment has enough data, we switch to real, anonymized percentiles.

We're a consulting firm. Can we use it for our clients?

Yes. Under a consultant account, each client gets a separate workspace, and reports are produced under your brand. Apply to the partner program.

Which standards is it aligned with?

The methodology is mapped to NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act. The platform does not issue certifications; it measures your readiness.

How is it priced?

Pricing will be announced at launch. Organizations on the early-access list get pilot priority and preferential launch terms.

What does "Agent Ready" mean?

It means AI agents can discover your offering, verify your data, and transact with you within limits you control. The assessment covers the capabilities behind it: data readiness, measurement, governance, and organization, across its six dimensions.
